We look at your purpose, mission, values, vision, but we also get specific about your niche, your offering, your messaging, and the phases of business growth – clarifying the messy middle. 

Alongside the strategic work, we explore the role you play within your business and support you in stepping more fully into your leadership.

At third field I offer business coaching to founders, business owners and creative entrepreneurs, with a specialisation in design-led businesses and creative industries.

This work is for entrepreneurs who want to build or grow a business that is not only successful, but aligned with their values, vision and the life they want to live.

Where you might be right now

Building a business brings a level of complexity and responsibility that can be difficult to navigate alone. You may feel unclear on your direction, pulled between multiple ideas or priorities, or constantly busy without a clear sense of what to focus on next. At the same time, the day-to-day demands of running a business can make it difficult to step back, think strategically and make intentional decisions about growth.
